I'm pretty sure the Rock is content on never coming back. And apparently getting fired is just some cover up or something. They always always come back.
I don't know if he'll ever come back. If you've noticed, that some of the movies coming out he's in no longer feature him as just "The Rock" but are starting to bill him as Dwayne Johnson or Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Even though he can use the name "The Rock" freely, I think Vince gets some kind of kick back for Rock to be able to use that name. I know it used to be Vince had to be credited as an executive producer or something like that in the past, I just don't know if that's still the case now or not.

Personally, I'd love to see him come back again for another match or a surprise shot once in a while.

Yeah, but you're assuming he's going to come back to WWE. Big Show left WWE because of the schedule and nagging injuries and stuff, and when they tried to contact him about a contract renewal and offers to have his intellectual property, he turned them down. There's talk that Angle wants him in TNA. If that happens he can't use either The Giant or Big Show (Since The Giant is a WCW trademark and Big Show was WWE's).

Seeing Rock go to TNA would not only blow their ratings through the roof, it'll have actual grounds to be the next WCW and force Vince to actually be original and try and cook up something to beat the opposition.

I was speaking idiomatically.

I really don't see The Rock going to TNA...I could see Vince giving him more money so that he doesn't go to tna
Money? LOL. Remember, Rock's married to some high up Vice president of Merryl Lynch. I don't think money would be an issue.

I guess because people don't see TNA has "viable" wouldn't see huge WWE talent going there. The WWE schedule is intense, as in they travel what, 320 days a year? Where TNA is taped in Orlando and now the occasional house show (Which I REALLY need to find the tickets to the one here in Chatt unless it's already happened) and PPVs are starting to be taped in other arenas. The schedule isn't as tiring on the wrestlers. Hell most are paid on a "per show" agreement. Where they get paid at the show they perform at.

While Rock may be a "WWE boy" Never assume he won't show up in TNA. Again, look at Angle. Oh and btw, it probably saved his life that he went there too.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

From tonight's Raw, a special guest appearance:

Spoiler:
Holy crap, it's the Rock! Okay well, maybe not a public appearance but on the Titantron. Unbelievable.
At first I thought it was a promo or something for a new wrestler. He hid his voice very well until the
Spoiler:
FINALLY
part. I was like "OMFG no way!" Oh how I missed that smack talk. Of course I dunno if this is a one time thing or if he's actually thinking of coming back from time to time (since he has a few movies trying to come out) or what the deal is. Also did you notice that he had a bit of a limp?

Renee Dupree is probably gone. He's been suspended for violating the wellness program, right after La Resistance was reformed. There's talk that he's probably over and done with and Sylvain is back on Smackdown as the Ambassador to Quebec angle.

Well since it's April 1st, I imagine a few ways it could end:

Umaga does all that stuff to Lashley, Somoan spike, etc.. Stone Cold goes for the count 1..2... finger "April Fool's Vince" or Vince actually wins and he shaves Donald Trump's head and is celebrating and Stone Cold is like "Hey Vince, April Fool's" ::stunner:: and Vince goes bald too.

Either way you slice it, I think Vince is going to be bald one way or the other.

I dunno, I think Taker should remain undefeated at Wrestlemania. It'll give him something to be known for as well as a sign of respect for sticking with WWF and not jumping to WCW when he could have. Kane was given the oppertunity to take the undefeated streak from him and he respectfully refused it.

Edge will lose his first Wrestlemania this year, probably to Jeff Hardy, I also think they're trying to turn Edge face again, and to be honest, it's easier to do since Lita's gone. (even though Edge was the one fucking around with her on Matt, I'm sure she had more to do with it)

I really wish TNA would get a few big names to stabilize and establish it as a "worthy competitor" (in WWE's eyes they aren't, but I know that they have the potential to open Vince's eyes wide and make him go "WTF")

I feel the brand split is coming closer and closer to an end. Since all PPVs now are going to be "split brand" PPVs. The brand split was a horrible idea anyway.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I know what you mean but god the name is retarded. FU and STFU... immature kids love this kind of shit where as viewers like us frown at it. Its been turned into some phrase where kids can go FU! and STFU! without shame and restraint.
I remember when he did the STF(U) for the first time. I was watching it and as soon as he applies that STF JR's like "OMG, That's the STFU! STFU!" My friend and I looked at each other at the same time. "Uh... did he just say STFU?" "Yes... yes he did."

At the same time: "So gay."

I noticed everyone cheering when Cena got nailed. The only boos you heard were from the poser group. The little kids who cheer for Cena.

Batista is being compared to have been acting like Warrior used to backstage. Which isn't a good thing.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Edge would be better to attempt to make face. They're both getting pops and boos now, so who knows.

It's been talked about that Batista is acting like Warrior alot. As in is becoming anti-social in the locker room and starting to suffer from ego problems.

Rock's DVD may not come out after all. He's turned down offers to promote the DVD and of course that doesn't set well. Which sucks because I would actually get a Rock 3 disc set.

Road Dogg and Billy Gunn want out of their TNA contract, but TNA won't let them. They're actually wanting to go back to WWE and I can only imagine it's to help keep D-X alive while Triple H recovers, since Triple H has been wanting to stay face the rest of his in-ring career (now that's he's a family man lolol)

And you gotta imagine the balls 3D had bringing in the WWE, WCW and ECW tag belts in the ring, even though they were just replicas.

Oh I'm pretty sure those belts were theirs. Since when someone is a champion the belt they recieve is one made specially for them to keep. If you noticed in Rock's WM23 promo in that curio shelf behind him, had all his titles he's won. I think the real balls were on the announcers saying the name of the title belts. :P

All and all, HKB lost to the STFU...and it left a bad taste in my mouth >_>.
That pissed alot of people off, to be honest. I think that if HBK had to lose, it should have been something other than the STF(U). That to me was about as cheap as them having Benoit tap to it. Benoit never tapped to anything lame like that. Ever.

I hope the writers break their hands.

They should just turn Cena heel now. No one likes him except the poser crowd and kiddies. I also noticed how DX's music wasn't used last night. Which is sad for me, but I guess DX is dead again until Road Dogg and Billy Gunn get out of their TNA contracts. (Which they've been wanting to do, but TNA is refusing to let them out)

I was speaking idiomatically.

Yeah, it was unexpected as in they decided on having him stun Trump (as well as that Trump clothesline on Vince) Wrestlemania day itself.

Also I have to say. LOL@CENA. The ENTIRE crowd bood him. It was great.

Oh snaps... (Smackdown spoiler)

Spoiler:
loooooooool

*sigh* well, it sucks Taker had to get injured for that to happen. I'd rather it went to Kane for a while. It doesn't make matters better that Kennedy got injured as well.

RVD is probably gone after his contract lets up. I see big things for him in TNA (if he decides to go). But I think Vince might actually agree to RVD's conditions to renew his contract so he won't jump ship.

Ring of Honor has a TV/PPV deal now. I think it's much like how Impact was at first, where they had weekly/monthly shows on PPV.

Also, seems Warrior has lost his mind again, at a convention he was signing autographs and found out the Iron Sheik was there. Started throwing a fit wanting Sheik thrown out of the convention because of some shit about him being disprespectful in the past. This caused IS to go nuts into a rant dropping F bombs left and right at Warrior. lol Warrior

Eh, the only reason he lost it was because of the injury
Well, they thought it was much worse than it is.

Triple H wants to be a heel when he comes back, but he's going to be face for a couple of months and fued with Orton when he does. Then he'll go back to being heel, which means it'll be time again for the "Triple H Title Whore Show" I wish he'd just stay face, but every time he goes face, he has some damn injury. Sucks DX died, because it was supposed to be around longer than it was.

Orton is also becoming the "whipping boy" of WWE now. Being punished for the hotel room incident and also his push has gone bye bye.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I'm amazed they haven't had Lashley do the Jackhammer yet, really. He's like a black Goldberg.

I got to looking closely at Vince's head with that do-rag on.. and I could swear I see hair where side burns usually are. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a bald-wig professionally done and a "fake" head of hair was shaved and that's why he has the do-rag so people would think he was shaved bald.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I'm pretty sure that Nitro was put in the doghouse (i.e. Dark Matches, etc.) because the higher-ups weren't too fond of the real life relationship with Melina. The only reason the same didn't happen to Matt Hardy back during the whole Lita thing was because he broke up with her in real life too to appease the higher-ups.

What? No. Matt and Amy had been dating YEARS upon being in the WWE, probably beforeso. He even moved to Raw to be with her so they would be able to travel together. Then he found out the affair she had with Edge for real and he gave her the boot. Unless there's something I'm missing and everything I've been told is a lie (I have mutual friends off Matt, Jeff and that crowd) then it wasn't that WWE disapproved of their relationship.

If any relationship got the huge frowny face, was when Batista and Melina were seeing each other and Batista was already a married man. Plus Melina has/had nasty habits of being "too big for her britches" backstage and would get into arguements/fights with other Divas.

How ya doing, buddy?

Ah, I guess my memory on that whole situation is a bit rusty.

I guess I should know better than to get my backstage news from NoDQ XD. The way they made a lot of that stuff sound was as if WWE wasn't fond of staff dating each other off-screen. Then again, basic knowledge of past relationships show Stone Cold and Debra together off-screen, as well as Chyna & HHH, and Sable and Marc Mero... I think I might have had a brain fart XD.
Why the hell anyone would date Chyna is beyond me. Saturn did it before she was in WWF. WHY. Triple H did for a while, while they were in the WWE, WHY. Then X-Pac did and made a tape of themselves. FUCKING WHY.

Funny thing about all this, even though Mr. Lavesque cheated with Stephanie on Chyna, he got fucking pissed X-Pac dated her. Classic moment of WWE lol though was when Triple H was sitting ringside with Vince and they were supposed to be in character (all mean and shit), the crowd behind him started a "You screwed Chyna" chant and the camera was on him for a quck second you could see a stupid smile on his face cause he was really laughing about it.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Thing I don't get is why are some of you surprised that Sabu is gone and Sandman is probably next? The only people that actually wanted them kept around was RVD and Paul Heyman. With RVD probably not renewing his contract, there may be a few more "ECW originals" being let go. Tommy Dreamer might stay, but he's very unhappy on how ECW was ran so he might leave if RVD and the rest are in TNA.

Oh about the firings. Stephanie McMahon is now incharge of who goes and who stays. She's fired like 7 people so far.

Rob Conway was fired. Told, "There's nothing in the works for you." loltastic side to this? He had JUST RECEIVED his new La Resistance wardrobe. Reason Stephanie canned him? "He'll never be main event quality"

So yeah, she's pulling power trips just like her old man. Gonna be interesting as more firings are to be expected.

Steph probably fired Ariel because her juggs were bigger and better than hers. QQ

Had La Resistance stayed, Conway would have stayed.
La Resistance was coming back. He had received his new outfit and was going to team up with Sylvan (Or Renee Dupree, whichever was the one NOT on leave for violating the wellness program or hell maybe it was a reformation of the trio). Johnny Ace called to give him the news he was fired and the reason he gave was "Creative has nothing for you to do." I mean, they just don't write a huge storyline, spend money to have a new outfit made, send it to you and then go "LOL we hav nothing 4 u sry."

Stephanie is canning most everyone she thinks that is "not potential main event status" which basically means.. Here comes the Triple H Show! again ._.

Good God man. Cene's like the new Hogan of this era in terms of kids loving him so much they keep the fucking belt on him. Except that it was a lot easier to pull this sort of shit twenty years ago.
That's it right there. The only people who cheer Cena are girls and pre-teen kids and posers. Everyone else hates Cena. Great Khali, Benoit and HBK should NEVER tap out to an STF at a PVP main event match. I can understand on Raw or something and there was alot of "punishment" to the leg. But overall, a lame move like that shouldn't be used to make people tap in big matches.

WWE is a huge downward spiral. Now with someone who plays favorites in charge of hiring and firing, it's only a matter of time before TNA (if they can let other people have air time too) or maybe even ROH rates better and people would rather watch that than the same sad ass WWE shit.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I stopped watching the fourth part of Raw because I didn't want to watch the 2 on 3 handicap match. There was no point...I really hope there's some new rivalries after One Night Stand, but the ladder match should be more than enough for me to look forward to.
I've been turning the TV off early on Raw lately, myself. It's getting to be where it's starting to feel like a chore to watch it all the way through.

Another Draft seems interesting though. Benoit will probably end up on Raw as a result, which puts another face (other than Cena's psuedo-face) on Raw since Shawn's out. Although I think it's all becoming moot as it looks as if the Brand split is coming to a close.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Is it possible that there won't be a WWE one day? There was a time when I would have told you I'd never stop watching... But it just sorta happened and I keep up through this thread alone. =/
I can see it. Especially with certain people having certain jobs *cough*Stephanie*cough* that could ruin someone's potential. Unless something drastic happens (another Rock or Stone Cold is made) then it probably will go down the drain since Shane won't have control of it, but rather Triple H and Steph will when Vince retires/dies. (Hell, they practically control it now)

Hell, Professional wrestling may be near its end in general.
