Diva's battle Royal - I'm sorry, but this just wasn't a real battle royal. Yes, they couldn't bring Moolah back, but they couldn't get Molly Holly, Trish Status, Lita, Wendi Ritcher, Jackie (although her TNA contract may stop that even if she isn't on T.V.), Debra, Chyna, Terri Runnels, and that one woman who was like Chyna (the one who for a short time had an angle with Val Venis).
Lita had previous engagements with something to do with Booker T. Molly Holly was there as was Jackie (if we're talking about the one who married Charlie Haas and was on Tough Enough) if not then yeah Jacquie (sp?) probably wouldn't have been able to go because of TNA, but I doubt Dixie Carter and Jeff Jarrett are as insane as Vince and would fire people for showing up at WWE events. Chyna probably couldn't stay out of rehab long enough for this (or she didn't have the time with that porn she was paid to do a sequal for). As for that Chyna lookalike: Nicole Bass? lol. I think she disappeared off the radar somewhere. Something like she had to stop juicing or she was going to die.

The Diva Battle Royal should have been made to be the one that got filmed for the DVD instead of the Tag Team unification titles. It was nothing but a joke and as one guy said it best, you turned your head to sneeze and 75% of them were already "eliminated".

I found the Taker vs HBK on Youtube before it was taken down and yeah that was a pretty awesome match. I even read where some people backstage said that that match should have been the last match as not even the Triple H/Orton match could top it. Also it was probably the only match worthy of seeing WM 25. I might buy the DVD next month for that match and the one with Jericho vs Steamboat, Piper and Snuka.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Spoiler:
The show was very lackluster. Kane's move to Smackdown is probably to set up a feud with Taker. Mysterio's move there is to help with the hispanic demographic which Vince relies on for Smackdown. Cena will probably stay on Raw and at Backlash during the Last Man Standing match, I look for Punk to cash in and win over Edge (who will beat Cena) that way there's no Vicky to come out and nullify or anything like that.

Natalya will probably be moved to Raw from the Supplemental Draft as I'm hoping Hurricane Helms is too. Perhaps Bulldog Jr (I think they need to package him in honor of hisdad and make him British Bulldog v2) will jump to Raw to complete Legacy.

Spoiler:
Snoretista may be champ, but he's injured and will be going in surgery tomorrow. Watch for Orton cashing in his rematch clause and reclaim the title, if it isn't outright vacated. It would be interesting if its vacated by Vickie only to be "awarded" to Edge by her, making Edge on Raw... but there really isn't anyone face that's left but Cena...

Well Jeff Hardy probably won't be back in WWE ever again:

Quote:
Jeff Hardy has been arrested for possession of anabolic steroids and a number of pills, reports ThePilot.com, a local newspaper from Moore County where Jeff Hardy is located.

The following is from the article:

"Hardy, 32, of 265 Boys Camp Road, Cameron, was arrested after a search of his residence yielded 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine and items of drug paraphernalia..."

He's currently in Moore County jail with bail set at $125,000. Hardy was charged with felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III controlled substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
At least he got to be top dog twice.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I'm actually wondering if he knew it was going to happen, which is why he kept refusing to renew his contract like that. Sort of "owning up" to it.

Apparently he's going to make some kind of statement and saying something about the news was blown out of proportion.

Rofl you know this and I do too. I'm just wondering how it'll all play out. Bottom line is that he's probably done forever in Vince's eyes. Which is just fine. He can go back to TNA and work a lighter schedule so he won't have to be doped up to deal with that 320 day (or whatever it is) schedule Vince enforces.

I was speaking idiomatically.

If only they would stick both her and Paul Burchill with pirate gimmicks...

SvR10 is shaping up to be awesome. Especially the part where you can create your own storyline and upload it for people to download it. I just wish they would allow more than 6-7 people to be taken through the main story. :|

After I get moved I'll be able to get back online and play some matches once it comes out.

The Rock's return

Probably won't be long before it gets taken down but the promo The Rock cut on Smackdown.

Yeah, it's shaping up for a final run for him.

So Bret Hart signed a short-term contract.

Quote:
The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Bret Hart has signed a short-term talent contract with WWE that will go into effect on January 1st, 2010, and expire a couple weeks after WrestleMania 26. This makes it very possible that he will be guest hosting the January 4th edition of WWE Raw when it goes head-to-head with TNA Impact. Additionally, Bret could feasibly make further appearances for WWE if his contract is in fact as long as the report indicates.
This could start making things interesting again.

Jeff Hardy isn't going to be performing. Hes visiting the stage with his g/f and shannon moore. If anyone was to be in that of those two, it would be Moore over Hardy so that way Moore can be used wrong then fucked over, AGAIN.

Now Brian Kendrick will probably be in the XDivision crap match though

Quote:
According to a report on ProWrestling.net, Jeff Hardy has arrived at the Impact Zone in Orlando and will be making his official TNA return during tonight's Steel Asylum match on the three-hour special edition of Impact on Spike TV.
also, James Roday and Dule Hill (Shawn and Gus from Psych) hosting the Jan 25th episode of Raw since Cena's going to be on the season premiere of Psych.

Creative is also trying to get The Rock to return to face Cena at WM26. Hopefully with Cena going in as heel

Spoiler:
Ok. Tonight was the first time since 2001 there was an option to switch between two promotions. However, it felt like it was 1997-1998 again. Back then, I stayed on WWE (would always watch the replay of Nitro at midnight) once it hit 9pm. No matter how good the first hour of Nitro was. It was the exact reverse today. Sure, I was looking forward to Bret Hart's return. I was under the impression that that was it. Vince scored Bret and TNA would be doomed. Even Bret couldn't save the WWE programming from being the same boring stuff. I found myself rather watching the TNA matches, because it was actual wrestling. Back the way it used to be. Awesome high flying moves, great ground work. It felt to me it was going back to fantastic stunt work that it used to be, telling the stories with ring work instead of boring promos.

The only match I would abolish though was that first match. Boring. Also, Spike's censors need to just cut the shit and let those chants be heard. Don't even TRY to hide bullshit. It's cable after all. Live a little.

Angle vs Styles was a superb match. I haven't been kept on edge like that since the Triple H v HBK v Benoit at WM 20. Also the tease of a possible reformation of the nWo (with Hogan making his entrance with the original nWo theme without the "new world order" and "4 lyfe" words in the theme) and Hall, Nash and Waltman beating down Foley in Bischoff's office.

Keep this up every week, and TNA has a huge chance at becoming a good change of pace. I know I'll be watching Thursdays from now on.

AWESOME!!!

Spoiler:
So DX loses titles to team AWESOME! Honestly, I am liking the Miz a lot more lately because the guy is just an awesome heel with his lines like AWESOME!!! and REALLY??? While on the DX front, I believe this may... just may setup a match with Trips vs HBK at wrestlemania given HBK does not have an event at wrestlemania. Maybe HBK and Undertaker will both retire at the same time with HBK's current storyline ending with him realizing he hurt his friend HHH and HHH giving him his wrestlemania moment by letting HBK beat him but then realize the folly of his ways.

In other news, Bret vs Vince at WW was a horrible secret and quite predictable.

Spoiler:
I believe it is going to set it up. I'm pretty sure either way it'll end up HBK going heel on this. (The obvious thing would be to turn Triple H heel, but that might wait til after Mania).

Bret vs Vince could be entertaining. But the fact remains that the price of Wrestlemania has increased to something like $70, so I might torrent it or spend the $30 in a month to get it on DVD. I want actually want to see this year's, I just don't think it'll be worth the PPV price. :\

Sooo...

Quote:
During a conference call today, Vince McMahon said that the PPV name Survivor Series is now "obsolete," and will not be used as the title of the November event in the future. He added that the PPV name has "outlasted its usage."
Vince seems to have lost his mind again. Oh and this is pretty lol too:

Quote:

WWE sent out a survey today asking fans if they would be interested in seeing the following PPV ideas. Additionally, the survery notes that the annual WWE draft would possibly be moved to a PPV night , with Superstars and Divas competing in matches to win draft picks for their respective brands.

PPV Name/Theme Ideas:

Tournament:

Single Elimintation "bracket style" tournament where Superstars would compete in multiple matches during the night to become the winner of the tournament.

Legends PPV:

Each match would feature a WWE Legend.

War Games:

Teams of 5 Collide in 2 cages. 2 participants begin the match with a new participant added every 5 minutes. This process is alternated between teams until all members from both teams are present.

Street Fight:

Main Events would feature a 'Street Fight' stipulation where there are no disqualifications & pin-falls count anywhere. Superstars often compete in street clothes.

Money in the Bank PPV:

The main event "Money in the Bank" match requires Superstars to climb a ladder and retrieve a briefcase hung high above the ring. The winner can "cash in" the briefcase for a championship title shot throughout the year. Qualifying matches earlier in the event will determine participants for the "Money in the Bank" match.

Roulette:

Main Event Stipulations would be determined by the spin of a roulette wheel.

Battle Bowl PPV:

Random Tag Teams compete together - sometimes arch-rivals - with the winning teams being put in a 2-ring Battle Royal. The winner could potentially recieve a championship match.
Some brilliant PPV ideas eh?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Doesn't matter anyway, I haven't kept up with the thread "seriously". Seems fitting though I guess.

Only thing fake about it is the writing and to some extent the punches and all that crap. It's planned out already who wins and loses. It's kind of like movies. Just all stunt work and no flashy special effects then you mix in real shitty acting, like sometimes worse than sci-fi originals acting. Keeping in mind that they're trained on how to fall and all that jazz.

There are times that people fuck up, like When Droz got dropped wrong and got paralyzed, or the cable breaking and Owen falling down to his death during his Blue Blazer entrance. But then again, Sid Vicious didn't break his leg, that was all "fake".

The Raw crew stranded in Europe is probably the reason TNA stepped it up. I'm enjoying TNA more and more except for one small thing. They need to stop having like 50 commercial breaks during really good matches. I dunno if that's on TNA's end or SpikeTV's but it kind of kills the "intensity" of the match.

-Mickie James

-Shelton Benjamin

-Kung Fu Naki

-Jimmy Wang Yang

-Slam Master J

-Katie Lea Burchill

All fired. Glad they're out of that hellhole. TNA can use Shelton and Mickie (and probably Katie Lea) and not be massive faggots and have them become jobbers. Maybe Charlie Haas will go to TNA too and team up Shelton. All that TNA needs to do now is bring back X-Division the way it used to be. ::awesome::

Today. Apparently she had a couple of other strikes against her and her being late for a bus was the final straw. It's all good though. She, Shelton and Katie are better fits for TNA. Katie can join BP, Mickie with ODB and Daffney and SHelton X-Division (of course). We'll see in 90 days.

Mike Knox also fired. Spring Cleaning goes on! One Vince's trash is another Carter's treasure!

Big lol of the day, some 22 year old was arrested for calling WWE Headquarters threatening to shoot the place up, bomb it, whatever. All because Mickie James was fired. lawlz.

411mania.com: Wrestling - Fan Threatens To Blow Up WWE Headquarters Because Mickie James Was Released

But WHY is this man so upset? He was upset that WWE released Mickie James. He was arrested on Friday, and his lawyer simply described him as "a fervent wrestling fan who did not intend to follow through on his threats."

He was arrested on Friday and arraigned on Monday afternoon. He was charged with four counts of fourth-degree threatening, one count of second-degree harassment and two counts of second-degree threatening. Judge William Wenzel told Peygumbari he could not contact WWE employees, go near its Stamford offices, or attend their events.
Other than that, Impact fails. Moving back to Thursdays because their Thursday replay got better ratings than the Monday night one last week. I mean, really? Raw's ratings have been DROPPING. But oh well, lol Hogan.
