[General Discussion] Guess that Anime Screenshot V2

I was thinking of The Wings of Honneamise when I saw the planes since their make resembles the fighters used during the war that was going on at the time. I don't remember those planes having the Japanese flag painted on them though, so this guess is more than likely wrong.



This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Looks like a typical idyllic scene right before terrible and senseless destruction steps in and the scene is swept up into hell. For no good reason at all this reminds me of Fist of the North Star, so I will guess Hokuto no Ken, just for laughs.

Ha ha ha ha, no clue what-so-ever!! Due to the randomness of the images I would've guessed something offbeat like Keroro Gunsou, but that last hint has ultimately stumped me good.

I will start the obligatory wrong answers and guess Initial D purely for the reason that there is a vehicle in the above screenshot. That, and the fact that no one has bothered to guess in the last couple of days.....

I will guess Megazone 23, purely because of Boo-kun's hint of it being a space opera (only other thing that comes to mind would be Macross but Boo's already shot that down).

...unless by Space Opera he meant to say Space Adventure for which I will guess the original Cobra TV series.
