This series almost reminds me of a blend of Full Moon wo Sagashite with the whole death god motif. Every episode drips with angst and stays interesting because of that, especially with the way the characters come to terms as to what happened (like episode 2). The fact that many of them change for the better keeps the series from being too depressing (which isn't a bad thing).
I'm interested in seeing how this series develops in the way Momo interacts with the other characters. Hopefully not all of the situations will involve romance, or at the very least, stay interesting without being overly repetitive. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
