3rd episode was very cool and you see a lot of character to character interaction, especially with Rock and Levy. The emphasis is still on the action though with the ship chase scenes. It's just awesome to see Levy in action pulling off all sorts of crazy shit while being armed to the teeth. The way she mercilessly slaughters people is both awe-inspiring and pretty whacked.
Furthermore, I really liked the way they illustrated how politics worked in cities that are run by modern-day pirates and what they do to people who move in on their turf (sort of like gang activity in urban zones, but on a grander scale). Balalaika is one force to be reckoned with. Most amazing jew boots |
