[DS] Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin

I'm hooked.

The reason being is that I heard Portrait of Ruin is a sequel from Castlevania: Bloodlines, the Castlevania game that made me a Castlevania fan.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Was also looking forward for the pre-order bonus (due to the artbook man. ARTBOOK. Jesus!) and found nothing.

But I pre-ordered anyway and will be getting my copy at the 13th next month. Fucking hate this shit without the bonus.

Anyway, I'm already at the third boss and so far, I haven't mastered a SINGLE skill yet.. so I'm sticking with knives.

When I first played it, I felt something new, something different due to the mastery skills, the tag-team horseplay and the quirkiness of the characters threw me off-guard at first but now, I'm having a good time with it.

Just that Charlotte's spell list right now has NOTHING worth mastering. Probably Jonathan's ONLY.

Just go to the very first portrait you've gotten into (with the Dullahan) and go find a meat shop in there. Hack the meat hanging around and voila, ground meat.

Forgot the EXACT location though.

I seriously hope Stonewall will work against the two. Because it's like, my fourth try against them.

But yeah, keeping Charley out of range for Sanctuary to actually work. Those twin Suiseseki's are a pain in the ass.

The strategy actually worked. Charley was near the door while Jones had Stonewall up in progress. Suffered 2 ice shard blows (about 180 HP damage each) before it worked. Bam. The Rozen Maiden twins are history.
