The only games I've played recently are Tales of the Abyss and Twilight Princess. I beat Abyss a while ago and I absolutely loved it. I liked the battle system a bit more in Symphonia since you can pick your techs from the T/S line, but it was still pretty enjoyable. At first the fonon circles annoyed me, but they aren't that bad once you get used to them. The plot was predictable at times, but I had fun with it and it kept me interested. I think the game shines most of all with the cast. They all had a good amount of interaction with each other and I liked their development for the most part. I'm usually happy with most rpgs as long as the cast is likeable.
As for Twilight Princess, I also had a lot of fun with it. I'm still trying to decide if I like it more than OoT. Most of the dungeons were pretty fun to play through (I hated that sky place though) and the mini games were fun for the most part (damn you STARS *shakes fist* ). I love the new moves Link has acquired in this installment.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
