How often do you work out and exercise?
I play DDR at least a few times a week. After 6 years of playing, I've become extremely proficient at it, and I usually play for about an hour on heavy. I can even play MAX 300 without the bar. This is my primary form of cardio. I also do a LOT of walking, mostly around my own neighborhood.

I lift weights three times a week, doing 5 sets of 5 reps each. When they get to easy to lift, I'll add another set, and when I get to 10 sets, I'll increase the weight I use and go back to 5 sets. I've only been working out for a short time, but I've already made some pretty big gains. If I keep gaining muscle at this rate I'm going to be pretty ripped by the end of the year.

Do you really care about what you eat?
Heh, not really. I still drink Mountain Dew and eat lots of candy and other stuff I probably shouldn't eat. But that hasn't stopped me from losing 30 pounds just this year alone. I just don't eat when I'm not hungry, and I stop eating the very moment I begin to feel full.

Do you play any sports?
Only if you count DDR as a sport.

How important is staying fit to you and how do you ensure that you make it happen?
Being healthy is very important to me because I want to live as long as possible, and with as few bodily problems as possible. I also want to be attractive as possible, both physically and mentally. I must say, I feel a lot more confident now that I'm getting buff, and I look a hell of a lot better than I did before as well.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Jesus christ, you must be as big as the hulk. I couldn't even do half of that, and I'm in pretty damn good shape. I feel a little jealous, really.

Edit: Oh yeah, and I forgot to say, I'm 5'11'' and 160 pounds.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I found people who lift weights tend to get disproportional. Like their arms are huge and stuff, but they have huge beer bellies and chicken legs.
Heh, my legs are like massive redwood tree trunks. My stomach is flat, but without prominent abs. I always dedicate two of my three workout days to compound exercises that workout multiple body parts, such as deadlifts, barbell squats, bench press, etc. The other day is for isolation workout on specific parts. I try to do everything, so that nothing becomes much bigger than everything else.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
