Supposedly you can get the episode here, but I'm not sure if it's subbed or not.
I was never into this show, as I only watched a few episodes of the Chunnin Exams a while ago on Youtube. Still, I decided to watch these two episodes to see what all the hooplah was about. I guess it's nice to celebrate any anime coming out of fillers, especially a two-year bout with them. The animation in the beginning of the episode was movie-quality, but the remaining animation in the episodes was pretty good, too. I'd say the whole thing executed pretty well all in all. The only fault I can say is that all the characters that were supposed to grow up a bit all still sound the same, but that might just be me. EDIT: It's subbed. Jam it back in, in the dark. ![]()

I can kind of see your point. I really would like to see Naruto do some straight-up fighting (Taijutsu), but that never happens. He throws a few clones around, which almost always throw one punch and get defeated, then finds his opening and gets that big hit off. He basically has no taijutsu skills whatsoever. I guess that's why I've never gotten into this series.
How ya doing, buddy? ![]() |
