Being the cheapskate that I am I will download this for free, if I like it I might pay £2/£3. Its nice idea by Radiohead to let you decide how much you pay; definately its a catchy idea for some of the more established bands to wrestle back that control from the labels.
On the other hand it will encourage pirates to actually give something e.g 50p or £1 rather than stealing it for free from a torrent site. Jam it back in, in the dark.
