Avast, AVG, Nod32 or Norton/Symantec 'Corporate' Edition are the ones which I would choose myself.
I personally use Avast because it eats the less RAM out of the four but otherwise AVG and Nod32 are both very good. Jam it back in, in the dark.

Also another scanning utility to note is Housecall by Trend Micro.
Its a fairly good online virus/spyware/malware scanner. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
