Unless you live in a pretty rural area you ought to have garbage pickup. I grew up in suburbia that was pretty close to rural (few of my friends lived on farms) and we all had garbage pickups.
Also, not all garbage pickup is done by municipalities. I know in my area there were a number of different companies you could choose from (which meant different houses on my street had different garbage days!). There's nowhere I can't reach. |
