You're right. That wall in Germany coming down didn't effect anyone outside of the country.

I'm just curious, but was this absolute top news anywhere else in the country? Like, normal broadcasts were canceled here in LA until around 7 PM, even overriding the normal national news broadcasts at 6:30. Even this morning most of the local news shows were out at his star on the walk of fame to talk with fans gathering there.

Also, if I was his family, I totally would have asked them to do a switcheroo with his body before putting it in the helicopter so it could have been carted off with considerably more dignity than with 20 news choppers in chase mode.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
