Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that principals don't belong to teachers' unions Brady. I know my dad has to be the mediator between conflicts of the administration in his school and his fellow teachers since he was elected as the president of their union.

I'd imagine that's what it is since thinking about it I remember one of the teachers I was friends with talking about how they were having a really hard time getting rid of this principal even though all of the teachers higher up in the union were for it. Apparently he was hitting on all of the secretaries and was eventually caught nailing one of the secretaries in his office (gotta feel a little bad for his kid that goes to the school). That was what it finally took for him to leave.
