I swapped Streets of Rage 2 or 3 (the one with the rollerblading kid) for the Genesis for Base Wars and some other NES game. His family moved about a month later and I never got my games back.
![]() On the other side of things I got Chrono Trigger from one of my brother's friends that had beaten the game and didn't want it any more (didn't go through the Black Omen, so he didn't find out about New Game+). I think I paid $5 for it. I let one of my friends borrow the last disk from FFVII since his wasn't working and he wound up breaking it. I need to remember to not ever let friends borrow games from me again. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I just buy used and then horde.
![]() There's nowhere I can't reach. |
I let my step brother borrow Golf and Excitebike for the NES and he sold them off at some point forgetting that they were mine.
![]() This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Yeah, I actually got a copy of SaGa Frontier that way. A friend let me borrow it, then when I asked if he wanted it back said to not bother since there was no chance he'd ever play it again (don't think I did either).
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
