If you can't be bothered to sit through one silly English class to finish up a college degree, how reliable of an employee do you think an employer will feel you'll probably be?
Also, if you're expecting to get a visa to come to the US with no education and no job prospects in order to get full health insurance, then I think you need to wake up and start living in the real world.
