Quiet cousins?
How about engaging them in some gaming? (Unless they couldn't care less about video games and such) Might sound weird, but how about a trip to the library if they like reading books more than talking? A nearby park might bring out some hidden joy if you guys get involved in a game of some sort. Maybe just a plain walk-and-talk (with your initiative) could get things started. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
