I don't know anything involving conversions, weight, or measures of any kind, and am subsequently terrible at estimates. If someone were to ask me my height, I'd have to measure it with a ruler and a wall. For weight, I arbitrarily say kilograms or pounds with whatever the number is, letting someone correct me. Same for height and such with mixing up feet, inches, meters and all that.
