Socializing at work

Working at a conservatory teaching piano, different teachers work on different days, with some overlaps for the teachers that work several days a a week. On the job, our socializing is therefore limited to every 30 minutes in between students if they're late or don't show up.

Outside of work though, we've had organized outings which are always on a signup basis. Moreso, just to know who's coming for space/ride issues, rather than to exclude anyone. So far we've went out to Canada's Wonderland (theme park) in the summer, Christmas parties with secret santa assignments at Kelsey's or any other restaurant, and open mic/band viewing nights.
