I still shake my head at how they don't just give it uncut straight for teens and up, but I guess the money lies in targeting that wacky kids demographic. You can either spend weeks upon weeks redrawing Sanji's cigarette or get mild, but decent profit now with a niche market of anime-obsessed teens and adults.
Maybe I'll look into this. I had no idea that it was so bad currently that Robin has a hick accent in the dub, expecting a mature voice and all. Jam it back in, in the dark. |

But then the mainstream audience will complain about not knowing what "nakama" means! xD I liken that as something similar to leaving honorifics on so that you can see the great respect Luffy has for Shanks or something. You never know what they'll choose to do though
