Neighbor Issues

The people in the apartment above us have a young child that clearly goes running around screaming and thumping heavily at the most random time. The thuds are audible at the most random times and sometimes you don't hear them. This only started to happen within the last couple of months, although we really don't do much but bear it. I wish I had something loud and long I could disturb the upstairs neighbours with without disturbing adjacent neighbours. Playing my piano/acoustic guitar won't cut it.

The todd was adjacent. I wonder how I can project sound upwards! I like the Chocobo Racing OST so it would be a double dip with hearing something I like, and annoying the neighbours also the child might end up liking it too. No one likes blaring JRock so I'll settle for that :P Very fortunate it didn't come close to mailing letters of complaint. That's too hassling
