Guys, Christian is dead. Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse confirmed this in a podcast last April. Jack's statement is odd, but I think we can chalk it up to the writers trying to throw us off on the flashforward.

If you watch the video, you can kind of tell that it was meant to be a joke and not canon. But it does drop some interesting clues. The Casimir effect, for example.
What's interesting is that in the better version of the video, he says hell, but the one shown live at Comic-con, you can clearly hear him say "fuck." Anyway, you can get the link here. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
