Mush, not everyone is out to look good. Some people just want to be comfortable.
Anyway, it feels nice to have a breeze blow across your toes. If at all possible, I avoid wearing shoes inside homes. It just feels weird, probably because it is customary to take off your shoes before going inside homes in Hawaii. Oh, and pretty much everyone wears slippers (as we call them) back home. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
