To be able to sell cds you need proper recording equipment, somewhere to press/burn the discs, someone to make liner notes, etc, etc. It's not just something you whip out of your back pocket. Remember, this is basically just some dudes performing some tracks from a game - it was likely not meant to be anything overly serious.
