The subs aren't loaded automaticly when you run the video file (this requires that they have the same filename)? Some .sub files do require an .idx to run properly, though this should have been included if that was the case.
If it just won't work, check this site and see if they don't have a sub file that's in synch with your video file. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
