Being one who works at a fast food resturant, I understand if someone else F's up my order, or takes a long time(resonable amount of time anyway). I will get bitchy if they missed out something I paid extra for, like a patty when I specifically order a 3 patty stacker from BK and get a whopper instead. how they did it, I will never know. Needless to say I was rather peeved. I know all the managers from that certain BK so they said they will personally make that food for me. =3
