Gatorade. Is it really better for you than water?
 I keep hearing people talk about how Gatorade truly hydrates you better than water cause it's full of sugars, electrolytes and other nutrients that water doesn't have. How true is this? Frankly the product tastes like watered down juice to me. Also what's the difference between this and Powerade? Which do you prefer and why? Jam it back in, in the dark.
