I agree that while the first one's not an incredible and timeless classic, it
was a very pleasant surprise. I did not expect it to be as good as it was.(Especialy when you take into consideration how dull and lame the actual ride is at Disneyland). Anyway, I'm definately looking forward to the sequel. Hopefuly it'll offer that fun sense of adventure that the first one was full of.
(Oh and besides, you get Orlando Bloom
and Jonny Depp in one film! I couldn't possibly not see a film with that kind of eye candy)
