I feel worse when I oversleep than when I sleep too little. When's school's in I usually have the biggest case of sleep deprivation since I usually went to bed at around 12-1AM and got up at 6-7AM. [depending on whether or not I had a before-school class] It was fucking hell because it is ALWAYS hard for me to get up in the morning, no matter how much sleep I get.

Now it's summer, and in the past summers I'd always go to bed at liek 4AM and get up at ridiculous times like 1PM and shit, but that's just horrible so I'm trying to make an effort at fixing my sleep schedule. Right now it's 1AM, and I'll probably go to bed in an hour but I have to get up at 8AM for work tomorrow. That's 6 hours, I can function pretty normally on 6 hours though.

Ideally, I'd sleep at 2AM and get up at 10AM. That's ideal. Anything later and I hate myself for it.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
