I'm 6' 3" and weight 665 lbs. So I'm definately overweight. I have however lost about 5 lbs in the last couple weeks from running. I recently started up a running program (that was very easy to start on, even for me who has had no physical activity for the last 3 years) and it has helped me a lot, in many different ways. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
