Workstudy means government pays for a portion of your tuition as well as pay for the work you do for your university. You get a salary like any other job.
As for the FA money you get, the salary you get from work study is like any other job. You got to report the amount you get for your tax return. Grants and scholarships, I'm not entirely sure about, sorry. Jam it back in, in the dark.
