Googling reveals that you're maybe exhausting your upload quota.
Concerning your "firewall": Personal Firewall Security FAQ EDIT: Did you omit the description when doing your upload? If yes, try adding some characters the next time - just reading that uploads occasionally fail when no desc is given. Jam it back in, in the dark. |

On unix you can use the download/upload tool plowshare (plowshare - Project Hosting on Google Code) for scripted download and upload from MU (and more filehosting sites). Maybe someone similar exists for Windows, so you can rule out any problems with your browser.
