Heh, I prefer WMP9 too and I have one solution:
Uninstall Vista/Reformat HDD*. Install XP. Install SP2. Get latest updates from Windows Updates but make sure NOT to upgrade WMP. Now you'll have WMP9.  *You probably don't want to do this... >_> Jam it back in, in the dark.

I only used WMP10 once and it was a very long time ago. I remember it was buggy or something so I used restore point to get back WMP9 and never upgrade it since.
And my copy of XP has WMP7 and when I install SP2 it upgrade to WMP9. o.O How ya doing, buddy? |
