Nope, because it keys on a specific <DIV> tag, which the browser interprets as appearing on the very first instance your signature occurs in a particular page.
The workaround is to simply not use it, I'm afraid. Or, use the columnsplit tag to break 'em out, like so: My Lists: AniDB | BakaUpdates
