The URL redirection seems to have broken it, since I remember someone was writing novel-length treatises there.

In any case, there's a solution for it, though it involves bugging Bigblah... I tried to log in to create a stop-gap redirect, but it seems the ampersand bug affects the login page as well.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

There still seems to be a problem with logging into the ancient GFWiki. Is there a way to make it so that guests can get to the edit page? It will make migrating data over a tad easier, since it'll be a matter of copy/paste.

Blah, I've managed to grab all 1981 pictures, MP3, and MIDI files from the condign wiki. I have a couple of questions:

a. Do we have enough space for these? They currently take up 92 MB.
b. If the answer is "Yes", do you know of a way to do a mass upload?

GFWiki Reconstruction Project!

I will be posting lists of pages that need to be manually ported from Condign to the new Gamingforce wiki. Following this post will be a link list, in batches of 75. If you wish to claim a batch for your own, please post in this thread.

You don't need any special knowledge of MediaWiki to do it. All you need to do are the following handy-dandy steps:

1. Middle-click the link you see on the left side
2. Copy everything in the text edit box. (Click anywhere in the edit box, type CTRL+A, then CTRL+X. If you see all the text disappear, you are successful.)
3. Middle-click the link you see on the right side
4. If there is already text in the text edit box, STOP. Proceed to the next link. If there is no text, go to step 5.
5. Paste everything in the text edit box. (Click anywhere in the edit box, and type CTRL+V. If you see all the text appear, you are successful.)
6. Click Save page which is just below the edit box

Alright, I've finished the migration of all regular wiki pages, as well as the templates. I hope the images can be mass-uploaded at once, because I'm not crazy enough to attempt it.

Changing the skin to the dark blue scheme, as well as the link up top, should just about wrap things up, and we're back in business!

Bumping to say that we're getting like 6-10 spammers per day registering new accounts and creating new pages that link to their online drugstore.

It would be nice if ReCaptcha can be used on the user registration page (few bots can break it), or if there's manual approval of new registrants. Either should be fine
