quitting internet

I'm too addicted to e-mail to even consider quitting the net. I get antsy if I don't check my e-mail for 2 hours.

Personally, I have thought about cutting back on it. Seems like every weekend I intend to do productive things and then just get absorbed following Wikipedia links, or reading blogs, or posting here. Thankfully, work is somewhat limiting, as our filters are not so benign.
