I find two accents in cinema quite disconcerting.

The first is a gangster twang, typified by actor Joe Pesci. I think he's using some kind of New York accent.

The second, ironically enough, is the British accent (though probably not the Cockney variety). As you know, Americans really love using British accents for evil characters

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I found this song rather unsettling at the end, at first listen. Of course, the shock wore off on repeated viewings.
