Start > Run > devmgmt.msc
Attach screenshot. I am particularly interested in anything with a red "X" mark or a yellow exclamation mark. Be sure to expand "Sound, video and game controllers." Start > Run >eventvwr.msc Right-click separately on Application and System. Save log files in evt format, zip 'em up, and attach here. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
