Set up a Yahoo Group or a Google Group. Once everyone is subscribed, an e-mail sent to the group is sent to everyone on the list.
I question why you need to mass e-mail to 200 people  Jam it back in, in the dark. |

In that case, Google Mail has an upper limit of 500 e-mail addresses.
