It's called "System Policies". Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc
Have a blast with the Administrative Templates. (What you want is probably under Windows Components -> Windows Installer). If it still doesn't work, look through your registry for keys with "Disable" on them. Have fun disabling them. By the way, neither Gamingforce, Zergrinch, or Cam will be held liable for any damage about to be wrought by Sepharite on school computers  Jam it back in, in the dark. |

Press F8 like a madman while Windows is booting up and you can get to choose from safe mode yourself, chief.
