Christmas Slackers

I wish I could of been one of those lazy Christmas bastards. My wife on the other hand wouldn't allow it because she hates clutter and especially anything that has the potential to create a mess.

We put up the Christmas decorations on December 22nd and had everything taken down on January 3rd. I'm use to not taking down the Christmas decorations until the middle of January. Well its all over with so at least there is no more heavy lifting and at least the house is a lot less dirty.

Partially because I LOATHE Christmas shit up after Christmas (breaks my heart), partially because my cats were destroying the tree slowly and surely.

We use to have that trouble the past couple of years. We have four cats right now and surprisingly they never did anything bad to the tree this year, but we still wouldn't leave them alone with the tree if we had to go out somewhere. I find a squirt bottle full of water a good tool to deter cats from doing anything bad to the tree.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
