I get this happen on occassion. I just don't really make such a big deal about it. This usually happens to me at Mcdonalds the majority of the time. To me life is too short to make such a big deal about something so insignifacnt. A lot of times I'll just eat whatever they give me.
If I brought my food home and it wasn't what I ordered as long as there wasn't such a big price difference its no big deal anyway. If I'm actually eating at the restaurant, if they bring me the wrong order, I'll just politely ask them to make it right, but I won't be a jerk about it.
I've pretty much had good luck with actual restaurants, I find that if you treat these people with a good attitude, they'll have a good attitude toward you as well. Therefore more understanding to to rectify your order, and make sure you have a pleasant dining experience.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
