I know Nero allows for overburning on DVDs (needs to be enabled in some advanced settings to work). Never tried it for myself, really.

DVDShrink doesn't work for data DVDs.
Just reencode an episode. The second best suggestion would be to burn each season to their own DVD. Seriously, I fail to see how this wouldn't be "organized". Also, it's not like blank media costs a fortune these days. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
