Yeah, for what you want to do Photoshop really is your best bet. If you're looking for tutorials, everyone and their sister has written one, so you could probably google "photoshop tutorials" and find what you want.
I don't know if Paint Shop Pro or any of the others are that much easier, because I've hardly used them, but they are similar in what they do so you could always check them out and see if they work any better. But honestly, a little Photoshop experience goes a long way... Most amazing jew boots |
