While in N3 you could command your army, it didn't really even feel like anything happened. But, if you like it, then it's cool. It's not a bad game. If you liked that game, you should probably try Phantagram's other game, Kingdom Under Fire, which should be quite nice (on the Xbox, but probably can't play it unless you have an Xbox). Unless you don't like the whole medieval fantasy thing.

Although I should be playing GGXX/ (and soon Accent Core), I can't but help notice the exclusion of Guilty Gear XX #Reload and the inclusion of GGIsuka. I know that Isuka is probably here because of KOF Neowave, but still, it wouldn't hurt to be able to play GGXX#R. Kinda pisses me off. It's okay though, there are some real nice games on there.

Oh damn, Ikaruga coming out so soon. Must...buy...more...MS points...
Ikaruga has a different game mechanic--Polarity, where you absorb certain colored bullets and deal more damage to opposite colored targets (deal less damage to same color). I'm not sure if another shump uses the same gameplay mechanic so if someone wants to correct me, please do so. I guess another reason why Ikaruga is loved so much is because TREASURE for one, and because the game flows nicely, great presentation, whatever. Regardless, it's an excellent game and I would encourage anyone that hasn't played it to get it. Assuming you have some interest in shumps. Also completely off-topic rant: I really wish Arc System Works would release Guilty Gear XX Accent Core on some console (preferably on Live since I have an Xbox 360) with online play with great netcode (I'M LOOKING AT YOU GGXX#RELOAD). Maybe include it with *gasp* Overture if it ever gets a stateside release. /end useless rant Most amazing jew boots |
