I'm 23 and it nearly made me punch myself in the head.
I've always been able to hear really high and low pitched sounds and I can also detect whether or not a tv is on in a house just by the horrible noise. I totally won the hearing test we had in class for the pitch generator that kept pushing up and down to extreme ranges. The professor guy that was operating it said he wasn't surprised when I explained that I could hear a lot of dog whistles loud and clear. That was very loud ;_; Jam it back in, in the dark.
