Persuade, get them higher up. Then increase haggle slider and that, in turn, increases mercantile skill.

Or Find a trainer.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Yeah I think I heard that too. Didn't find anything either. Maybe something later in the game happens. Also in Chorral
Spoiler:
I heard a rumor about someone hearing strange noises from Eugel Bilettes house and then about 7 days later I was just walking down the street of Chorral and the guards and a town guy was attacking another so I go up to them real quick and see that Eugel was actually an assassion (like the ones that were going after the Emperor in the beginning). And to think I was actually looking for him because I wanted to pickpocket his house key from him, but he got killed by the guards and I looted him.

Oh and it's a Khajit, RACIST!

Damn Grawl are you playing Morrowind. The screen looks like it. Just kidding.

Well it does kinda look crappy, but you are making do with it seems.

I don't know any sane person could look at a guide for this game. You want to have the most complete unpredictable experience and solve things on your own.

Maybe when you think you have practically did everything in the game and want to check. Then maybe.

You won't graduate from college. Although I have the ability to put Oblivion on hold even though its all I think about doing. I really don't know how.

And good explanation Magic. I just find that retarded.

And when you are in the world of Elder Scrolls, you can do whatever you want at any time. There is never any limitations and you are always in control. Just be aware that there are many noobs who cannot handle such a game because there is too much freedom for them and they can't comprehend this. This happened with Morrowind, but is less likely to occur in Oblivion considering it's the best game of all time and they give you somewhat of a training in the beginning of the game. However, after that it is up to you to decide what to do. I think you played old Bioware games and the like so you should be be fine. Just either have the best PC out there now, or get the 360 version.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

God the fact that you guys have a time issues with this game makes you retarded. You realize what that would do to this game especially and any other RPG on earth. God that is so idiotic, to even think of such a thing being implemented.

And to count that as a flaw, all I say is lol.

on the xbox 360 I don't notice clicks, but maybe if I listen for it now I'll hear it. I just press A whenever the tumbler reaches the top at the exact moment.

Still cool and still have points left, so I will get it. But doesn't bethesda know ONE PC user will buy it and distribute it to every other Oblivion player.

Brady the fact that you think the combat is basically doing the same thing over and over makes your whole post unecessary jargon.

I suggest reading the manual on combat or something.

Quote:
It works the way it always has. WASD for movement, and the left-mouse button for attacks. The way God intended it to be. Spells and items can be bound to keys 1-9, so I suppose that's something the PC version has on the 360.
Not that it really matters, but I just want to say the 360 version has "hotkeys" as well. In fact, it is much easier to use over a keyboard due to the fact that they are mapped to the directional pad.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Well of course it will be lame running DOS Oblivion. I mean part of the main appeal of the game is the graphics and making it seems like a living breathing world. Gameplay, music, story are fantastic as well.

I haven't even come close to finishing this yet. 95 hours.

Man, the game must be so different with a character not similar to a thief. Man I don't think I could get by without sneakign around guys in caves and the like. I have a hard time killing goblin in close quarter areas, and more the one guy I get wasted. But of course I do not have that great of weapons and such yet. And I am waiting to get my Conjuration up so I can summon a fighter alongside of me because I really need it when I cant get sneak attacks (As a thief, I have decided to mainly focus on Conjuration for a spell class).

Like I said a lot of the times, I just sneak around enemies that are bunched up because my sneak is like 80 at level 14 right now.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Nice pics Dayvon. Glad to see that I am not missing out on anything besides mods on the 360 version.

Anyways, 130 hours in. Just love exploring and just doing whatever. Reading books, stealing, etc. Most of the books are quite good. Lots of great lore.

You know what I probably would have ended up not fast traveling if they actually had items placed outside like they did in Morrowind. Like you would find items hidden in tree stumps and behind rocks.

Although granted, I do still explore the world like crazy. ya just never know =0
