Indian food are well known for curry. So, here is a little recipe that I found out.
Soutee garlic and onion on oil. Add chicken breast sliced into smaller chunks. Add a bit of sesame oil. When the chick is cooked, add "golden brown" curry then follow the instructions on the box. Simmer. Add any thing to make in spicy to your taste. Add any veggy that you like. I used carrots. Serve over rice. Jam it back in, in the dark.
