I've been looking around the internet and the consensus seems to be people are beating the game around 6-7 hours on Heroic, and a little longer on Legendary. Better than 4 1/2 to 5 hours, but still way too short. Expansion packs are longer than that. I was expecting a game that I couldn't bang out in a day, around 15 hours, maybe 10 hours being the absolute minimum.

I think Bungie just got lazy, and decided to focus too much on the multiplayer, leaving people who bought the game for a great single player campaign(Like me) with a shorter than average FPS. Granted it might be extremely fun, I don't know yet, but it's way too short. I'm disappointed and I haven't even touch the game yet. Maybe I'm spoiled by 60 hour RPGs.

The XBOX Live co-op was, hands down, smart. Just because you see the strategies people use in FFA/Team deathmatches but with Co-op its much more interesting.

Halo is KNOWN, or was known, for its multiplayer. From what I've seen you don't usually say, hey, lets go and play some good ol halo co-op. The only reason people got on XBOX Live for halo was Multiplayer. Now that Bungee has given players to do online co-op, it makes it much more interesting playing with people who you can't usually play with.
