You can use regular rechargeable batteries. I don't see why you'd need to buy some third-party batteries?

I remember reading, I think in the instruction manual thingy, that you shouldn't use rechargeable batteries...

I swear...Nintendo must have a deal with Duracell/Energizer/[Insert Battery Company Here]

Alot of times Best Buy gets them on sundays, they hand out coupons at like 9AM before the store opens...they usually average about 30 or so per store. When I got mine there were 51 delivered.

The other option is to make really good friends with the people at EB or Gamestop.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
